Dr. Surie offers advice and consulting, which is specifically directed towards coordinating your Yoga practice with your particular body dysfunction(s). Dr. Surie can define why some poses are more challenging for you than others. Using advanced chiropractic techniques he will help you to overcome some of those challenges helping you to heal yourself. The practice of Yoga will expose your strengths as well as your weaknesses and while working together with Dr. Surie he will help guide you through your weaknesses making your practice stronger and more effective. Whether you are practicing yoga, working out in the Gym, playing softball, basketball, volleyball or some other sport, pain and dysfunction may occur. Dr. Surie has developed specific programs to address many injuries that are incurred while participating in competitive events and recreational activities.
