DRIVING DIRECTIONS

-Directions to Paramus Office

Route 17 N... exit at A&S drive (after home depot), make lft at light, go approx 200 ft and pull into world gym parking lot, enter through front door and continue down hall on right , office on the end.

Route 17 S ... exit at ridgewood/oradell ave (towards oradell) , go to third light and make right onto winters ave, go approx half a mile and pull into world gym lot on left. enter through front door and continue down hall on right , office on the end.

Parkway North... exit at Route 17 N (follow above)

Parkway South... take first exit after bergen toll plaza, keep left onto "Fromm" road, make first right (quick before paramus park mall), at stop sign make right, turn right into world gym lo.enter through front door and continue down hall on right , office on the end.

-Directions to Bikram Yoga Studio

From Parkway North Exit 168 - bear right towards Westwood and go through 3 lights, the second street on the right is Third Avenue. We ae one block down on the right side. Big pink, gold and purple Bikram Yoga sign on building.

From Route 4 - take Forest Avenue Exit, travel north towards Westwood on Forest Avenue. As you approach Westwood, Forest Avenue will split, bear right towards Westwood, continue through one light which is Mill Street and we are 1.5 blocks on the left with a big pink, gold and purple Bikram sign on the building.

From Parkway South to Exit 166 - go right to stop sign, make right and go to end, make left and go to 3rd light and make a right, after you go through the 2nd light make your 2nd right. We are 1.5 blocks on the right side.
