Dr. John Surie: Volunteer safety consulting

Dr. John S. Surie is the Chief Executive Officer for a group of Doctors called the "Doctor's Speakers Bureau of Bergen County", which is comprised of a panel of doctors from various disciplines. Our Bureau's job is to offer our knowledge and services to help as many people as possible and I would like to get your help with that purpose. Our bureau is interested in conducting seminars and workshops that would benefit you and your employees.

Here is a quick overview of the safety services we volunteer:

• A comprehensive employee check-up to discover environmental health problems that may be common amongst employees.
• An ergonomic evaluation to determine employee and environmental hazards and risks.
• Safety seminars for employees, management and their families.
• Blood Pressure screenings for employees, management and their families.
• Phone consultations when needed.

Employers and employees alike appreciate these informative talks, and we have the keys to making this program a success. Companies welcome our Health and Safety lectures. Not only are these workshops informative but they also help to satisfy a companies Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirement for a business to have a voluntary safety activity.
