      Wrist pain. Began 1 year ago. Dr. Surie found it coming from my shoulder
       
    3. Did any other physician treat you for this condition? (E.g., an orthopedist, neurologist, physical therapist or another chiropractor) If so, what were your results?
      Orthopedist did evaluation and sent me for MRI. Never went back after session with Dr. Surie.
       
    4. How long have you been under the care of Dr. Surie? What results have you experienced thus far?
      Since March. 1 month. Tremendous improvement. Wrist is more mobile without pain
       
    5. Has being a patient under chiropractic care made any changes or improvements in your life? If so, what are they?
      I feel overall improvement with my condition as well as the rest of my body. I feel looser and more open and light.
       
    6. Additional Comments: As a massage therapist it is vital for me to move freely without strain. My posture has improved and I'am more mindful of my body mechanics. Dr. Surie has helped both with my physical and mental well-being. I am able to concentrate on issues other than my physical issues and feel more free.

      Beginning of loss of neck curvature, numbing of shoulder and left arm.
       
    3. Did any other physician treat you for this condition? (E.g., an orthopedist, neurologist, physical therapist or another chiropractor) If so, what were your results?
      Former orthopedist suggested fusing of neck in 5 years, that there was no hope.
       
    4. How long have you been under the care of Dr. Surie? What results have you experienced thus far?
      Expanded knowledge of problem, cause of some numbing is now controlled and improving, as well as arm.
